Salmon & Prawns vs. Book Club

Before heading over to the North Shore this evening for Book Club, I decided to drop in and visit a bit more with my rellies from England.

My parents are hosting a family dinner this evening, but I decided to pass since I loved this month's book choice (The Birth House by Ami McKay), and was looking forward to discussing it.

Of course, the second I walked in the house I eyed the salmon, prawns, Grandpa's homemade eclairs, and the giant, succulent California strawberries... Dilemma!

In the end, I have decided to stay. So now I am just waiting for the green light to dive into the big, juicy prawns...
