May 2-4

So, my Victoria Day long weekend left much to be desired; especially since this was the first one I had the freedom to enjoy in the last two years. The past two May long weekends have been warm and sunny; friends have made the trek to Whistler to kick off the summer season; and where was I? I was stuck indoors, in the city, studying.

Yes, that's right, it's not as if BCIT tortured us enough during the school year with insane work loads; no, they set finals AFTER the May Long weekend. So, I was really looking forward to this one, but the weather was crappy and no one went anywhere. Going to see Star Wars on Saturday was the bright spot of my long weekend. C'est la vie, I guess...
